چکیده
Coastal saltmarshes are key ecosystems with important ecological functions. Yet, they have experienced a widespread decline. Due to their importance, the conservation and restoration of globally shared objectives, including China. Despite multiple local studies, nationwide information about in China is scarce. Thus, we used remote sensing delineate spatial distribution areal extent along coastal resolve species composition. By interpreting 10 m resolution Sentinel-2 images on Google Earth Engine, assisted field survey literature search, total 118 010 ha were delineated 2019. Seven typical saltmarsh identified, Phragmites australis, Spartina alterniflora, Scirpus mariquater as dominant species, accounting for 95.5% extent, while Suaeda salsa, Tamarix chinensis, Cyperus malaccensis, Sesuvium portulacastrum present limited abundance. The P. australis exotic S. alterniflora grow almost all provinces, but dominates north middle part salsa occurs mainly has suffered large losses. chinensis abundant Shandong province, Yangtze River delta, C. malaccensis Guangdong Guangxi Taiwan. expanded extensively coast its expansion rate continues increase. results provided conform much-needed baseline future monitoring efforts assessment progress projects toward recovering

Cartographic Modelling of Areal Phenomenon Spatial Distribution
In this paper there has been presented a proposal of significant enhancement of applied visual assessment methods through intruducing the combination of image analysis and statistical and mathematical methods. Analyses of areal objects, whose images are visually displayed on the map may be single objects (spatial units) or object sets oriented, which represent a particular phenomenon located in...

This research aimed to investigate plant species diversity and spatial distribution of five dominant species i.e. Phragmites australis, Tamarix meyeri, Aeluropus littoralis, Aeluropus lagopoides and Cynodon dactylon in Hamoon international wetlands in 2015. To this end, a randomize-systematic sampling method was used according to w pattern by four strip transect at 5000 m2 at each station. The ...

Biodiverse coastal zones are often areas of intense fishing pressure due to the high relative density of fishing capacity in these nearshore regions. Although overcapacity is one of the central challenges to fisheries sustainability in coastal zones, accurate estimates of fishing pressure in coastal zones are limited, hampering the assessment of the direct and collateral impacts (e.g., habitat ...
